Parlemen Spanyol (Bahasa Spanyol: Cortes Generales) adalah badan legislatur Spanyol. Parlemen ini merupakan sebuah parlemen bikameral, yang terdiri dari Kongres Deputi, (majelis rendah), dan Senat (majelis tinggi). Cortes memiliki kuasa untuk mensahkan segala hukum dan untuk mengubah konstitusi.
