The reason I came to Cape Verde was for the walking. Amd the Paul Vally on Sao Antao certainly delivers. Cobbled paths zig zagging their way up vertiginous mountainsides, terraces with people growing crops on near vertical hillsides high up near the jagged ridgelines running across the top of the valley and down its sides.
Feb 2, 2023 · There are currently 2x ferries per day running between Sao Vicente and Santo Antao. One at 7:00 (7am) in the morning and one at 14:00 (2pm) in the afternoon. The ferry takes approximately 1 hour and it costs 800 CVE per person. You can book your tickets in advance on the ferry’s website.
