So who is Pedro Lopez? He is a Colombian-born serial killer who confessed to raping and killing over 300 young girls across Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. He was arrested in 1980 and sentenced to 16 years in prison, but was released in 1998 for “good behaviour”.
