    If my Pennsylvania license was issued based on having a license in New York, what do I need to do to renew it?

    The Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission no longer issues new licenses by reciprocitybased on an applicant holding an active license in the state of New York. Those with active reciprocal licenses issued through New York licensure will be permitted to maintain that license as long as they remain in compliance with the reciprocity regulations.
