It’s comprised of artificial reef modules and boulders, of which 600 tons of rock were used in building the reef. The depth of the trail ranges from 10-20 ft deep for both snorkelers and divers to explore.
My wife and I went snorkeling on the snorkel trail at Phil Foster. The water was so clear! There were so many colorful fish to look at and photograph. Check the tide tables; this location is best from 1 hour before high tide until 1 hour after that occurs. If you like to snorkel and you are anywhere close to this park, visit it!
