Oct 29, 2020 · I forgot the password of the office 365 admin page, then I have to use the password reset function. I received the code in step 1, but step 2, after I enter the phone number to receive the code. I have not seen the code sent to my phone and I tried too many times to get the code and get the following message:
Jan 28, 2014 · In reply to Rebecca_1010's post on September 30, 2014. You need to sign in to two accounts at the same time. Try to sign in to the account that needs verification. In Internet Explorer, click on the New tab > click Start InPrivate Browsing.

Apr 21, 2022 · When I click the Search icon in taskbar, the search panel opens. Here, when I click the three dots on the top right corner, it says "Please verify your account". When I click on "Verify account" button, it opens a popup window saying "Just a moment" for half a second, which closes without taking me anywhere.
