QQ Catalyst gives you two ways to add a policy to a customer or prospect: Option 1 1. Look for the contact following the “Searching for Contacts in QQ Catalyst” steps above. 2. When you find the contact, click on “Add a Policy”. 3. Select the Policy Type (Monoline or Package) and enter the policy information.
There are several ways to access Help in QQ Catalyst. Most of the time you can find the information you need in the Online Help system. Other options for obtaining help include, Vertafore Support, (which includes Live Chat ), Additional Support Resources and the NetVu (User Group. See below for more information.
