Splitscreen on the wii is possible, ONLINE splitscreen for the wii is possible, High Voltage is doing for the Grinder. Capcom said RE6 won't come out for 4-8 years, that gives them PLENTY of time to port RE5. They've ported RE0, RE1, and RE4 to the Wii, as well as the Chronicles Series, its a pretty safe bet to say that capcom likes the Wii.

RE4, hands down. After that probably the re-release of RE1 that was on gamecube. Also if you like rail shooters the umbrella chronicles are supposed to be good. RE4 is by far the best product the entire franchise has produced. The re-make of the original for the Gamecube.
