The piste skiing here is aimed at the strong intermediate and advanced skier. Beginners are catered for with some well-groomed blues, but with only 7% of the mountain graded as beginner, you can see what we mean.

In summer, RMR is home to the Pipe Mountain Coaster; North America's first Brandauer mountain coaster. This exhilarating ride features 1.4 kilometres of twists and turns all the while travelling at speeds of up to 42/kmph.

The Revelstoke ski resort village is still in its infancy with only a couple of restaurants, a bar, a retail shop, a ski and snowboard rental shop, and snowsports school. Nevertheless the facilities are more than adequate to cover the needs of those on a ski or snowboard trip, and downtown Revelstoke has lots of shops, restaurants and bars.

Dec 15, 2023 · The Revelstoke Ski Resort spans 3,121 acres (1,263 hectares) of skiable terrain but just 75 trails that underscore the vastness of its off-piste opportunities. That means most of this resort is freeride terrain, and there are few groomers to lay some carves on or test your skills.
Review. Revelstoke is simply one of the very best ski resorts we’ve ever been to. It has everything every serious skier is looking for: Massive vertical, lots of natural snow, cold temps for perfect snow quality, steeps, bowls, tree skiing, lack of crowds, scenery, and variety. We are ranking it as #2 on our list behind Telluride.
