For transportation to the center of Riga, you have the option to use pre-paid vouchers with taxi operators licensed to operate at Riga Airport, namely "XTaxi" (formerly "Baltic Taxi") and "TaxiLV". These vouchers are applicable within a designated area, encompassing most hotels in Riga city center.
