Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean (French pronunciation: [saɡnɛ lak sɛ̃ ʒɑ̃], locally [saɡne lak sẽ ʒã]) is a region in Quebec, Canada. It contains the Saguenay Fjord , the estuary of the Saguenay River , stretching through much of the region.
