If it's AMD, definitely install the chipset drivers, though I recommend grabbing it directly from AMD's site vs the board vendor, as they aren't always up to date and I'm sync with AMD releases.

Mar 17, 2024 · As for the graphics driver, since there is the chance that the original graphics driver packages had been customized by HP, as the laptop vendor, you shouldn't be installing the generic graphics driver from Intel.
