Suzanne Alexander is a native New Yorker who has called Nashville home for the last 19 years. She has been a television personality on Great American Country Network for 16 years, where she has hosted a variety of shows and has interviewed some of the biggest names in Country Music; from Dolly Parton, Reba, to Jason Aldean to Chris Stapleton.
Owned by Great American Media, it broadcasts family-oriented general entertainment programming, including television series and made-for-TV movies . It was originally established in 1995 by Jones Radio Network as Great American Country ( GAC ), a country music channel. GAC was later acquired by Scripps Networks and, in turn, Discovery Inc.

Suzanne Alexander is a broadcast veteran. In 2003, she helped launch the Great American Country Network as one of the networks first video jocks. She remained with the network during its run as one of the highest-rated country music cable outlets until its sale to the Discovery Network in 2019.
A childhood steeped in country radio sparked Suzanne’s early interest in broadcast, one that ultimately led her to a tenured career spanning the best of the west: from country music to western sports and agriculture.
