Tuesday's Children is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to support families who have been affected by terrorism, military conflict or mass violence. [1] History. Tuesday's Children was founded on September 18, 2001 by citizens of Cedar City, Utah, following the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.

Tuesday’s Children was founded to promote long-term healing in all those directly impacted by the events of Tuesday, September 11, 2001. Our mission today is to keep the promise to those children and families while serving and supporting communities affected by acts of terror worldwide.
