Honors Scholarships. The 2024-2025 General Assistance Scholarship application deadline is March 1, 2024. Students who complete the Honors College scholarship application and meet eligibility criteria will be considered for all awards for which they qualify.
The University of Alabama has First Generation Scholarship Programs that offer support and scholarship awards to first generation students. Our First Generation Scholarship Programs are highly competitive, and a limited number of scholarships awards are available each year.

The 2024–2025 UA Online scholarship application opens on March 1, 2024. For priority consideration for Fall 2024/Spring 2025 awards, please apply by June 1, 2024.
To receive the Engineering Scholarship listed below and priority consideration for competitive scholarship awards, students must be admitted to the main campus before Jan. 15, 2024. To maximize scholarship opportunities, students who wish to enroll in the fall and summer semester should be admitted by January 15.
