Feb 26, 2024 · MADISON (WKOW) -- Crews responded to the West Towne Mall around noon on Monday for a report of a fire. Dane County dispatchers told 27 News the call first came in as a vehicle fire. A 27 News crew on scene saw a truck had been badly burned. Dispatchers said no one was taken to the hospital.

Officers were called to the mall around 6:15 p.m. Thursday, according to an incident report from the Madison Police Department. Police say drug paraphernalia was found at the scene. They say nothing else suspicious was located.

Nov 27, 2023 · West Towne Mall. Details. The Madison Police Department is investigating after two people broke into West Towne Mall. Officers were dispatched to the mall around 10:15 a.m. on Monday. The suspects entered the mall and cut the security gate of a jewelry store inside. They then smashed a display case and stole more than $100,000 of rings.
