     MySQL works on an ACID basis: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACID

     Which means, both clients will be reading the database as if they were the only clients.

     For this to happen each client must start a transaction, which is a single logical unit of work. Within this transaction either all the operations done to the database must be committed or rolled back.

     Different RDBMSs have different defaults for their transaction support. For MySQL, the isolation level is REPEATABLE READ, which means that SELECT statements within the same transaction are consistent with respect to each other.

     How you can verify this:

     Have program1 going start a transaction and through every row and increasing a value, while the other program starts a transaction and goes through the database calculating the sum of the same value for all rows. When they are done, they close their transactions and print out the results. You will notice that both of them read the database as if they were isolated from each other.

     Directives can be used to manipulate DOM element. It's so useful when you wanna make a custom (third party) directive that can be used by other programmers in your team or world.

     Basically there are three types of directives.

     1) Structural Directive 2) Attribute directives 3) Component Directive(with template)

     1) Structural Directives usually manipulates structure of view/template. Eg. *ngFor

     will generate element according to your list count. *ngIf

     will display/hide view according to passed value.

     eg.

     is just an attribute directive

     Security for your video stream can focus on different areas - one is access/authentication and so long as you are passing the username and password over an encrypted link then this is a relatively standard level of security - having something more like two factor authentication would require a more complex set up which may be overkill for you.

     Another is protecting the video stream itself from being interpreted, copied or redirected - the safest approach is to encrypt the video stream itself if your camera supports this (many good quality security cameras will). Without this, even if you authenticate the user you run the risk of someone being able to view the video stream. It is worth being aware that even if you use SRTP Secure Real Time Transport Protocol, the encryption features are optional so you need to make sure they are enabled for full security.

     A third, and probably less usual concern but one which may be important depending on the application, is verifying that the video feed is actually coming from the camera or source you think it is. The typical approach to this is to have a key or certificate at the camera which it use to 'sign' or identify itself.
