There is a way to uncensor some of the scenes with the assistance of a Code Breaker, which, I believe will only work on the backward compatible PS3's. That is as far as I researched, however, this was many years ago. I do not think this information has changed, but, yes, this title, as well as the first Manhunt, can be purchased from the PSN Store.
