    • Relax at Tigh-na-mara. The tranquil Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort is located in Parksville on 3km of beautiful sandy beach. It is home to the award-winning Grotto Spa where you can have a dip in the relaxing mineral pool and choose from their top-notch spa treatments.
    • Hike Mt. Finalyson. This hike is one of the more popular ones in the Victoria area. It can be accessed from either Goldstream Park or Bear Mountain. Make sure to wear good shoes as the hike can be quite steep and slippery in parts.
    • Walk the Kinsol Trestle. Located in the Shawnigan Lake area, just north of Victoria, this historic trestle is one of our favorite things to do on Vancouver Island when we are wanting to take in the beautiful outdoors.
    • Go caving at Horne Lake. Horne Lake Caves Provincial Park is located in the Qualicum Beach area in central Vancouver Island. There are a number of guided tours to choose from to explore the multiple caves.
