When it comes to hand sizes, Those who need gloves for a smaller handcircumference of around 6.5” - 7.5” will be comfortable using 10 oz gloves.
12 ounce gloves are kind of a mid way between sparring gloves and bag gloves, a little bit more padding but still not that much. When it comes to hand sizes, if your hand circumference is around 7.5” - 8.5” you should be fine with these.
