I’m fairly certain you can find much better deals in the regular stores, so check online before buying anything. The Outlet itself is a decent size and you can easily walk the entire thing in minimal time. There’s adequate parking and you should never have to park far off from your intended destination.

Easy Access and No Crowds. Mar 2023. I was here around lunchtime during a weekday and I was first surprised by how quiet it was. I am used to outlets being fairly crowded with few parking spots. The Gulfport outlets was fairly empty when I went, with a ton of parking free.

I breezed around the stores easily as there were not many people there shopping. The outlets don't include a food court, but everything else you could need is here.
