Kaalia is one of Commander's original powerhouse decks and have a tendency to draw immediate hate your direction if revealed as your general. That combination does work, is legal, and will kill the opponent if neither Kaalia nor Master are blocked. (assuming no other effects) -Kaalia's ability bypasses Master's "must attack alone" and allows him to enter attacking. -Master's ability is checked after the 'declare blockers' step, not the 'declare attackers' step.

1 - The classic: Put Kaalia of the Vast on the battlefield, preferably with Haste and protection, attack and place a powerful creature. 2 - The slow: With the support of ramp cards, launch creatures with hight mana cost. 3 - The combo: Attack with Master of Cruelties (if you place with Kaalia, better) and make sure that it will not be blocked.
