The Sin Devil Trigger (真魔人 Shin majin? ), referred to as the Ultimate Devil Mode (真魔人モード Shin Majin mōdo?) in Devil May Cry 2, is a second Devil Trigger mode, which utilizes the character's True Devil transformation. Originally available in DMC2 to Dante only, it can be used by both Dante and Vergil in Devil May Cry 5 and Special Edition .
Dante's coat is shorter, only reaching his lower back; his hair is black and shorter, and he has a Devil Trigger form which resembles the original Dante. Art designer Alessandro Taini drew the character as a child and explained in the reboot's origin story why he has white hair.

Dante's awesome mini gun hands helped a lot with easing the tedium. They are part of why DMC2's Devil Trigger is my favorite, aside from it being the best aesthetically in my opinion followed closely by the one from DMC5. I wish they had updated his DMC2 design instead of his DMC4 form, as it would have made more sense chronologically.
