DMC3 had a guest illustrator design the DT forms, so they look radically different from the rest of the series. DMC1 DT worked differently from the other games where the devil arm itself was the source of DT power so each form took on the design of the weapon. DMC4 and 5 seem to share the same design so I guess this is the "final" one.
