Brief Life History of Olav. When Olav Haraldsson Kyrre III, King of Norway was born in 1050, in Eidsberg, Østfold, Norway, his father, King Harald Hardråde Sigurdsson of Norway, was 35 and his mother, Tora Torbergsdatter Queen of Norway, was 25. He married Ingrid Svendsdatter in 1067.
