  1. I'm not entirely sure how to just download the changes but zip files have a dictionary of stored files and their CRCs(basically like a hash). So you could download the first x bytes, read the size of the dictionary, then only download the next few bytes to get the dictionary. Then use the dictionary to work out which files have changed.
