To perform a search, just type 'wiki' in your browser's address bar, then a space, then the name of the article you want. Live suggestions from Wikipedia are displayed as you type. You can also highlight any word or phrase on the web, and an option to search in Wikipedia will appear in the context menu.

To make Wikipedia your default search engine in Mozilla, Beonex Communicator, and Netscape 6/7: Go to Edit, Preferences. Expand the Navigator tree and choose Internet Search. Choose Wikipedia as your default search engine.
The search box is an input box with the term "Search Wikipedia" in it. In the Vector skin, it is located in the top right corner of the screen. In Monobook, it is in the middle of the sidebar on the left of the screen. To use the search box, click in it, or jump to it, and type in your search string.
