Wroclaw is beautiful all year round, even when it’s freezing cold (been there, done that). But if you have to choose the best time to visit Wroclaw I would recommend between late spring (mid-May) to early autumn (end of September). That’s when you can spend a lot of time outside and enjoy numerous parks, outdoor cafes or just hang out at the riverside.
