Click the UC SHIP Waiver link in your ZOT Account to get started. To waive out of SHIP for the current academic year, follow the instructions to submit your online request during the open waiver period. Waiver schedules for several academic years are posted at the Student Health Center. A new waiver request must be submitted for each year.
Note that, for UCI general accounting purposes, the UC SHIP fees will appear on the student's campus billing or "Zot" account segregated into three components: 1) ADMIN fee; 2) PREMIUM fee; and 3) BROKER fee. The combined fees will match the total fees as shown on the Cost of SHIP webpage for the respective student group and academic term.
Aug 26, 2016 · A $20.00 ZOT Late Charge is assessed to your ZOT Account for past-due balances totaling to $20.00 or more. While the past-due balance exceeds $20.00, ZOT Late assessment occurs monthly for up to 4 months. A ZOT Late Charge will: be charged if the total past due account balance is $20.00 or greater.

Online payments are due by 5 p.m. on payment deadlines. A $25.00 fee is charged for returned ACH payments. Debit/Credit Cards. UCI accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards online only. These payments may be made by students or their guests in Transact Payments, UCI’s third-party online processor, accessed through ZOT Account.
