Kevin Miller is a businessman, a former inmate incarcerated at Federal Correctional Institution, Danbury, and Mike Ross' cellmate.

He was asked by Frank Gallo to switch cells for a few hours on Mike's first day in prison, so Gallo could pretend to be Mike's cellmate and befriend him. However, Kevin then realized his mistake and called a guard when Gallo and his two goons were going to stab Mike.
Mike and Kevin then become friends and spend their time together to protect each other from Frank Gallo and his corrupt guards. Mike and Harvey Specter eventually convince Jill to turn against her father who is sent to prison for his crimes, securing Mike a deal to get out of prison with Sean Cahill.
Mike was able to get him out of prison by working with Harvey's old mentor, Cameron Dennis, to keep Gallo in prison at his parole hearing in exchange. Although Sean had refused to help Kevin, Cameron explained that he puts real criminals behind bars and that it was no issue for him to get the prosecutor on Kevin's case to release Kevin, who was only a drunk driver, in exchange for the benefit of keeping a murderer behind bars instead. However, while Kevin was released on schedule, Mike wasn't, leaving him at the mercy of Gallo for the night. This was later revealed to be a ploy by Mike and Sean to get Gallo to incriminate himself and force Gallo to get off of Mike and Harvey's backs permanently.
As Kevin’s journey matured, the podcast continued to grow. In their effort to continue to evolve the show and better serve an ever growing audience, Kevin and the Ziglar family rebranded the show to “What Drives You, with Kevin Miller”. Today the show is ranked in the top 1% of all podcasts and continues to grow rapidly every day.
