Abby's has excellent gluten-free pizza. The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and wheat allergies. The manager told me that there are a couple of people in town who have severe gluten allergies, so they take extra precaution when someone orders gluten-free pizza (separate prep line, change gloves, all toppings are prepared away from gluten).
