Matt Selman is an American screenwriter and producer from Watertown, Massachusetts known for producing and writing various episodes of The Simpsons. He also created the Icebox series Superhero Roommate, worked on The Angry Birds Movie and had written various Simpsons video games including Hit & Run, Road Rage and The Simpsons Game.

After considering a career in journalism, he decided to try to become a television writer.
