Visitation. Would you like a convenient way to schedule visits with your incarcerated friend or loved one? Check the list below to determine if the facility you are visiting is participating in visitation. Click the desired facility to learn more about the options and to find complete instructions on how to participate.
The video visitation system allows friends and family members to conduct onsite video visitation sessions from a kiosk in the facility's visitation area, or offsite video visitation sessions from the comfort of the visitor's home using a personal computer or laptop.

The ICS Mobile application turns your mobile device into a remote video visitation station. To register for an account, add funds, or to schedule a visitation, use your browser and log in to your account at www.icsolutions.com.
Download the app by searching ICSolutions in the Google Play® store then installing ICS Mobile. When you open ICS Mobile on your Android® device, the app will ask you to allow ICS Mobile to take pictures and record video as well as to record audio, tap Allow for both.
1. From any internet-enabled device, go to www.icsolutions.com, where, once you have logged in to your ICSolutions ®. account to schedule your visitation. NOTE: If you intend to conduct offsite visits you will need to download The Visitor™ Windows Edition visitation.
