The Woodlands High School Marching Band took part in the 2023 Music for All’s Bands of America Grand National Championships in Indianapolis. We were awarded 3rd Place in Class AAAA and won 5th Place overall out of 92 bands.
TWHS Marching Band members perform for between 35,000-50,000 live audience members annually and countless more online. Our ensemble includes over 300 students in grades 9-12 making it the largest student organization on campus.
The Woodlands High School Marching Band is a consistent UIL State Marching Contest Finalist and Bands of America Regional, Super Regional and Grand National Finalist. The band has made the UIL State finals at every appearance between 2010-2022 and has never missed a BOA Finals since it began competing in the circuit in 2000.
