TV Time Appliance

These guys are awesome. When I needed a garage refrigerator they came up with a perfect one at a great price and treated me very fairly and delivered it to my garage. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

5 stars all the way!!! Jeff is the man over there. I have been using their service for quite a few years. Whenever I need a fix or a replacement, this is the place for me. Recently, I thought I needed a new washer or fix on the one I already have. Jeff diagnosed it just walking in, and it was an easy fix myself. He could have just tried to sell me another one. But That's not how they operate. If you are on a budget or just don't want brand new appliances but want outstanding customer service. Go to them.

Why would you buy a new EXPENSIVE appliance with such savings, one year warranty, to the door service, friendly, helpful, polite???

I have bought multiple appliances from TV Time over the course of about 10 years. An upright freezer, a refrigerator for the garage, a couple washers and dryers for my duplex and for myself. I love working with TV Time. They have great prices and great products and offer a warranty on all their appliances. I highly recommend this place!

They were all so nice! We have been buying appliances as we need them from them for years. Went in today because our washer died over the weekend. They not only had lots of options to choose from they also could deliver it today!

Here I am a year + later and these guys are still awesome. My girl needed a washer and I told her these guys were the greatest for low cost/very nice condition pre-owned units (with warranty!), of course she had to look all over and guess who was right lol. They know what they are doing, I am still enjoying my own washer/dryer from these guys (working great for well over a year), and they are STILL the best for quality/price/service in greater Tacoma/Lakewood area.

I have bought numerous appliances over the years from TV Time and Appliance and they have always worked great! Friendly service, great prices, and quality refurbished appliances - not to mention they do free local delivery and install!

Went today to purchase washer and dryer, as a friend of mine suggested it. I called prior to my arrival and asked if they had washer/dryer sets for $200. I was told, yes! Starting at $190 a set. I got there and the man pointed me to the oldest smallest washer of the lot and told me that's all he had for $99. Kept looking around the place, as if he didn't want to sell to us and led us to the smallest combo for $250. Once I told him I'll get back to him, as I'm still searching, he just walked away.
I was expecting to be treated kindly, the way my friend was... I was expecting to find something similar to what my friend was offered. I got terrible service and terrible options.

I got my washer and dryer delivered, thanks! Delivery guy damaged my floor. No worries, they stepped up to make repairs. Great service and one year grantee on a budget I can afford. Thanks!
