Interview With Tony Salmons (October 2012) Artist Tony Salmons has worked in the comics industry for many decades, including many titles for Marvel. In 1986, Salmons worked on a story featuring Daredevil called "Cars" in MARVEL FANFARE #27. I got in touch with him and asked him a few questions about this story, as it is one of my favorites.
Issue #1 was penciled by Tony Salmons, as lobbied for by editor Eliot R. Brown, who later explained: "I thought Tony was the quentisential dreamscape person because he is the last, best, natural delineator of a Ditko-esque world, aside from Steve himself".
