May 25, 2021 · Red Sonja , the movie released in 1985, is notorious for all the wrong reasons. It doesn't even have a lot of campy or guilty pleasure value, as the pacing and dialogue are so out of whack, among other things. It does have a few decent moments when the characters are allowed to interact in a natural way, but it's still a mess overall.
