HORRIBLE. Worked there 7plus years. They do not care about you. They favor 1 department. And senior mangerment have no idea who is truly doing the work or who has the knowledge and potential for growth. THEIR HR ARE THE WORSE. You are suppose to be able to go to HR and you cannot because they do not care. THERE IS A REASON FOR THE TURN OVER. .
You can be a very loyal hardworking person who has missed a handful of days in 6 yrs, an the can tell you something an turn around and do what they want to your family. Never have I ever had a job where they told you what a great employee you are an how hard you work an then come in and cut your hourly wage by $1.50 an hour.
