Overall a good buddy cop movie that is a good vehicle for both Chan and Tucker and plays on both their strengths to good effect. However as with RH2 most of the funniest moments come in the closing outtakes, which can't be a good thing.

The Rush Hour and Shanghai Noon movies were a special breed. Jackie can so easily team up with other actors and naturally form this bond and its so obvious on screen. I'll be honest, and I know Dwyane The Rock Johnson is clique at this point, but I think it's a travesty that he and Jackie never teamed up in a buddy-cop flick.
