John Joseph Hall (born July 23, 1948) is an American musician, songwriter, politician, environmentalist, and community activist.He was elected to the legislature of Ulster County, New York, in 1989 and the Saugerties, New York Board of Education in 1991, and he was the U.S. representative for New York's 19th congressional district, serving from 2007 to 2011.
Jon Hall (born Charles Felix Locher, [1] February 23, 1915 – December 13, 1979) was an American film actor known for playing a variety of adventurous roles, as in 1937's The Hurricane, and later when contracted to Universal Pictures, including Invisible Agent and The Invisible Man's Revenge and six films he made with Maria Montez.

However, those two players are still present courtesy of the song they recorded in 1974 on the album Orleans II, an environmental anthem titled “Wake Up” (view below), a song Hall has chosen to re-release due to the fact that it still shares timely concerns.

Sean Paddock, a fine studio drummer who plays with Kenny Chesney on the road, played on most of the songs on the new record. Much of the recording was done in Sean’s home studio. John Cowan, Andrea Zonn, and John Paul Daniel provided harmonies, with Cowan and Daniel on bass as well.
