May 18, 2011 · Palmetto Dunes is kid friendly. Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a great family destination with plenty to do for the kids. Activities include biking, canoeing, fishing and kayaking. In addition, the resort offers special instruction programs for golf, tennis, boating, crabbing, waterskiing and surfing.
Visit Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina to rent a 20-foot pontoon boat and traverse Broad Creek for a day in the sun or fishing. The boats hold up to 12 people; grab a picnic lunch from the General Store before you go! Beach at Palmetto Dunes. The resort rests upon three miles of beach along the Atlantic Ocean.
Sep 13, 2005 · Afer hearing so many good things over the years about Hilton Head and Plametto Dunes I decided to book our annual golf trip there this year. Seemed like a problem from the moment I booked it with Palmetto Dunes resort. After many years at Kiawah Island, Myrtle BEach, Amelia Island, Palm Springs, etc... I had high expectations from Palmetto Dunes.
