Apr 20, 2020 · Due to the nature of the brainwashing process, little else is known about Juli's history. In T. Hawk's story in Alpha 3, he's looking for Juli and not the Doll known as Noembelu, a kidnapped member of the Thunderfoot Tribe whose family is close to T. Hawk. For some reason Capcom didn't make Noembelu playable and opted to use Juli instead.
