Gmina Gostynin is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Gostynin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Gostynin, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina. The gmina covers an area of 270.69 square kilometres (104.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 12,245.

GOSTYNIN , town in central Poland. The Jewish population numbered 157 in 1765, 634 in 1856, 1,849 in 1897, and 1,831 (27.5% of the total) in 1921. Between 1823 and 1862 there were special residential quarters for the Jews. The old synagogue, destroyed by fire, was rebuilt in 1899.
