Massachusetts voters now have the option to vote early by mail in all elections, with no excuse required. To request your Vote by Mail ballot, submit a signed application by mail, email, fax, or online.

Early ballots may be cast in person during regular business hours at any designated early voting location in your city or town. Some cities and towns may have expanded hours and locations.
General Election: Nov 5, 2024
Massachusetts' polling hours on Election Day: 7 am—8 pm, depending on location. For all elections, except local elections, the polls must be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Voters in line at 8 p.m. are entitled to vote
