First in this Believe Beauty review is their Velvet Matte Lipstick in Charmed. It apples with full-coverage in one swipe, and dries down to be completely matte in minutes. The formula does not dry out the lips, so there is no flaking. In the look below I should have exfoliated my lips prior to applying this, which is my error. Perfect Glow Highlighting Stick in Pixie
Second for Believe Beauty products is the Perfect Glow Highlighting Stick in Pixie. This is the lightest shade that I could find, and it just squeaks by for working on fair skin. I find that this picks up and removes coverage from foundation underneath. If you apply it with a brush or a sponge, you can lessen that effect, but not fully prevent it. This appears to be more on the glitter side. Overall, I am not impressed. Go with the wet n wild version of this stick! Rating:

Third for Believe Beauty makeup reviews is the You’re Covered Concealer in Pearl. I contest the claim that this has high pigmentation. This features buildable light to medium coverage that is more on the sheer side. I do like the tiny doe foot applicator.
