Christopher Jon Weinke (born July 31, 1972) is an American football coach and former football and baseball player. After spending six years in the Toronto Blue Jays minor league baseball system, he enrolled at Florida State University at the age of 25, and played college football as a quarterback for the Florida State Seminoles.

Chris Weinke is a former Heisman Trophy winner and NFL quarterback who coaches the Yellow Jackets' quarterbacks and is the co-offensive coordinator. He has also coached or trained several current and former NFL quarterbacks at different levels and won a national championship at Alabama.
Chris Weinke is the second-oldest player to win the Heisman Trophy in 2000, leading Florida State to a berth in the BCS title game. He played quarterback for the Seminoles from 1997 to 2000, setting numerous FSU records and leading the nation in passing in 2000. He also played in the NFL for several years and became a coach.
