Syreena (Trina Parks) leads the Darktown Strutters, an all-female, all-African-American motorcycle gang. Her mother (Frances Nealy) is kidnapped by Commander Cross (Norman Bartold), the nefarious white owner of a suspiciously popular fried chicken restaurant. Cross tries to subvert the African-American community by abducting their most prominent citizens.
