"Going Berserk" (1983) starring John Candy, Pat Hingle, Eugene Levy, and Ernie Hudson (in a bit role) is a highly forgettable film that aims high, but falls flat. When this movie came out I was about 14 years old, but it flew under my radar. I never even heard of it until years later, and when I finally decided to watch it, I was not impressed.

Review by Travis Lytle ★★. Though not totally devoid of charm, "Going Bersserk" is a comedy that tries hard to entertain but ends up achieving very little. Starring the always-delightful John Candy as a chauffeur under some kind of hypnotic control, the comedy bounces episode to episode without ever being truly funny.
