Oct 9, 2021 · I just got home on Saturday from Hippocrates health institute. I feel really amazing. The program is so much more than eating salads and green juice for 2-3 weeks. There’s a human connection piece that’s priceless. So I’m 21 pounds lighter and I look forward to incorporating all I learned into my day to day life.
