Juror Eligibility. To be eligible to serve on jury duty, you must be at least 18 years of age, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Franklin County. Statutory Exemptions. Upon approval of the court, the following persons may be excused from jury service: members of cloistered religious organizations.
In order to be called for jury duty in Hamilton County you must first receive a summons in the mail.
